Exopower: Load Force
Exopower, the science of power swing training, strengthening phase; Load Force.
Exopower, the science of power swing training, strengthening phase; Load Force.
Strengthen the hitting muscles, steering your elbows, improving mechanics; releasing triggers the boost in bat speed to start the baseball and softball swing.
Front Elbow: A movement to the front, towards the body’s center/core.
Back Elbow: A movement up and away from the body’s center/core.
The gym builds your beach muscles, our hitting trainer strengthens the precise hitting muscles, during regular batting practice. Strengthening the deeper postural, lateral, oblique, intercostal, abdominal, and rear-shoulder/deceleration muscles. Enjoy the game day benefits of a stronger baseball and softball swing.
Front Elbow: The movement triggers Exoprecise Forces.
Back Elbow: The movement triggers Exoprecise Forces.
Exoprecise forces, piloting the elbows at the optimal distance from the center of gravity. Controlling the tempo, during load and Seperation prevents, rushing, over-loading, and over-swinging. Releasing from the Load force, triggers the boost of bat speed, setting up next Exopower phase, Accelerated Launch. Bat speed, strength, and mechanics carry over to game day, via, the eyes, brain, and muscle communication systems.
During Laser Whip drills, isolating the back elbow increases the Exoprecise forces, strengthening the hitting muscles, improving power on the top/trail hand side.
Exopower defines the phases of our Sport Precise training method during the baseball and softball swing.
