“This is your money drill. Being a left-hit/right-throw guy the following drill enables you to hit, up-inside-and-deep pitch locations 500ft; straight down the line with backspin. Using your power hitting aid take a few rounds of Laser Beam Top Hand Side Toss, inside fastball isolation; using a heavy training bat forcing you to use your core. Personally, I use a 34inch +weighted; Mizuno. You’re strong enough; you can do the same. After you are comfortable swinging with your core, you can progress to the next steps.”
