2) COACH/FIX MECHANICS
For example, players with a long swing, you can reduce the size, increasing the Exoprecise forces, taking 20 swings of Laser Reflex front toss, three rounds, tossing the ball belt high, middle to inside. Track the ball longer/deeper, using your core, blasting to contact; fixing the long swing.
