Checking for optimal resistance
Lift your lead-hand/bottom-hand arm to the side; at the height of your standard follow through. Left-hand hitters it’s your right arm. Right-hand hitters it’s your left arm. If there is too much resistance, you can adjust the size of your Laser Power Swing Trainer.
