“Celebrating Spring Training, taking the first hitting session; since the 6-month layoff. During my playing days, before inventing our Exoprecise hitting trainers, taking 30 swings, following the lengthy downtime, suffering from stiff/sore joints, and pulling my side oblique. Today no such problems, my footwork is a bit-off, however pretty good for an old-timer. I made it through the session without pain, accommodating to hitting again; the next day.”
