    1. Today, I’m going to do some soft toss with our baseball swing trainer
    2. Takes, 5 minutes to custom size; after which you won’t have to do it again

    5. Pull and align the armband buckles to sit on the rear of your arm
    6. Slide the armbands to the ends
    7. Wrap around your waist and clip it in
    8. Align the clip-in-attachement to your spine to maintain balance
    9. Slide the armbands to align to your hips
    10. And slide your arms in
    11. And repeat
    12. Slide to the armband buckles to the middle of your arm for balance
    13. Check for resistance
    14. Sits at the bottom of your chest
    15. It’s where all the action happens, the top of your core
    16. It works your core muscles, improves posture
    17. Works your deep layer abs
    18. Increase resistance by reducing size
    19. To work on isolation drills
    20. If a player has a long swing
    21. Best way to fix, that; increase resistance
    22. Preventing them from reaching, fixing a long swing and casting
    23. They have to let the ball get deep, the only way to hit it is with a short swing
    24. The players will quickly figure it out
    25. You can take batting practice as normal
    26. Coaches can integrate into your current hitting program
    27. Remove either arms for isolation drills
    28. Set to a general resistance for a full range of motion for all swing types
    29. It works for all types of hitting mechanics and methods
