HAND POSITIONING
- Start in a place, allowing you to get to the ball on time.
- When facing a dominant fastball pitcher, the best spot to start your hands is close to your back shoulder.
- The closer your hands start your body’s center, the less chance of error during your “loading up” phase.
- Avoid “consciously loading” with your hands, as they naturally separate from your body.
