Hitting a baseball or softball, youth players become confused easy, as their mind and body comprehend the complexities of a power swing.

Consequently, learning core mechanics becomes challenging. For example, instructing players rotational hitting mechanics is difficult as their attention draws to the bat; as a result, the player focuses on their arms, as opposed to their core muscles. Another example is coaching, “hands inside the ball;” the task is virtually impossible.
